Dr. Harold G. Haines, Seren Chief Scientific Advisor
Serving as Seren’s Chief Scientific Advisor, Harold G. Haines Ph. D. possesses more than 20 years of executive managerial and consulting experience in the healthcare industry. Chairman and CEO of MR Forest Technologies, Inc., a privately held over-the-counter product development, manufacturing and international distribution company.
Dr. Haines’ background includes extensive work in therapeutics and diagnostics. He also has provided strategic business and scientific planning for international companies and non-profit organizations, including manufacturing and medical facilities. A former tenured Professor of Pathology, with appointments in Microbiology, Immunology and Dermatology at the University of Miami School of Medicine, Dr. Haines has more than 30 years of academic research, commercial research and project development experience.
Cesar Rodriguez, MBA, VP-Marketing and Sales
Cesar has a BA from Trinity University and is a graduate of Millennia Atlantic University of Miami, Florida, with an MBA and Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. He has an extensive background in network television production and has worked in the major US markets.
